Connecting with others who share similar experiences can be a powerful part of the healing process. Julia is developing group programs to extend the support I offer beyond individual therapy.

Caregiver Support Group
Monthly hybrid format · 90-minute sessions
Caring for a loved one with a serious or chronic illness is both meaningful and exhausting. This group provides a space to process the unique challenges of caregiving, including managing stress, navigating grief and maintaining your own identity while supporting someone else.

Parent DBT Skills Group
6-week series · Curriculum-based
Learn practical Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills designed specifically for parents of teens experiencing emotional dysregulation. This structured series covers distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness techniques you can use at home.

College Admissions Workshop
Seasonal workshop format
The college admissions process can create significant stress for the entire family. This workshop helps families navigate the journey with less anxiety, focusing on maintaining perspective, managing expectations and supporting your teen through a process that can feel overwhelming.
